BESS Start-up Challenge 2023

Startups who are harnessing microbes in food-related technology innovation are welcome to participate the inaugural BESS Start-up Challenge 2023. Your company’s technology can fall wihtin any of the above conference topics. Interested startups, please send your latest deck to contact@bess.org.sg. The deadline of application is Oct 15, 2023. Six finalists will be selected to give a five-minute shark tank pitch followed by five-minute Q&A at the conference in front of a panel of Sharks. Top three will win the Challenge and receive an award from BESS. All participated startups are eligible to have an exhibition booth at the conference free of charge for you to showcase your technology and exhibit your food products. Tastng is allowed only if you have obtained regulatory clearance from food regulation organizations, for example from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) or equivalent.
